RUSSELL GALLEMORE
With more than 35 years of experience in the industry, Gallemore founded K & L Freight Management in 1997. The privately owned, asset-hybrid third-party logistics provider offers solutions that deliver best-in-class service and exceptional customer experience. K & L distinguishes itself by focusing on service-centric verticals, with expertise in food, healthcare, manufacturing, and government transportation.
Gallemore has recently focused his efforts on providing guidance and capital to small and medium sized brokerages that are looking for the resources that will enable a meaningful exit to their life's work.

CHRISTOPHER POOLE
Dual degrees in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago have fueled Poole’s 20-year career in finance. His extensive experience in investment banking and asset management led him to the role of CFO for K&L Freight Management, where his mastery of the financial and legal considerations in the freight industry helped drive the company’s success. As CFO at Final Mile, his knowledge and abilities will once more be put to work in the name of ensuring reliable, high-quality customer service to our customers every day.

PATRICK DRAUT
Combining his professional experience inside of Freight, Finance, and M&A, Patrick played an integral role in designing Final Mile's structure and process. Applying buy-side experience and portfolio analysis to every deal at Final Mile, Patrick focuses efforts on the nuance of talent, effective communication, freight cycles, and markets. Patrick holds an MBA from Northeastern University.

NATE EFNER
Efner came to Final Mile as an experienced Enterprise SaaS Executive with his primary focus serving the automotive industry. Spanning 20 years, Efner has implemented tech solutions that transformed the way the car industry buys and sells cars. Nate applies his experience of C-Suite communication to his current role at Final Mile Capital Group, translating complex solutions in an easy-to-understand format for small to medium sized business owners.

HEATHER CRIMMINS
In her 25+ years working for industry leaders, such as Northwestern Mutual and Southern Wine and Spirits, Heather has been at the frontline managing projects through successful completion. Coupled with a strong work ethic, accountability, level of integrity, and her experience in communications, task management, and effective coordination, Heather maintains loyal business relationships through thousands of transactions and is a strong point of contact for integrating companies.
A proud Wisconsin native, cultured traveling foodie, and lover of Poke Bowls she loves anything outdoors, neuroscience, and being a mother to her teen daughter Avalynn. According to her clients and peers, she is a person you must have on your team if ever stuck on an island…and not because she had lived on one.
